Account and Billing
Open Account Settings from your account name or avatar. Personal account details and workspace settings are managed separately.
Update your profile
In Profile, use User Details to update your full name and Access Data for the available email and password controls. To change an email address when permitted:
Open Change Email Address and enter the new address.
Select Send Verification Code.
Enter the six-digit code received at the new address and select Verify Email.
Account access stays limited until the new address is confirmed. Owners can use Change Password to enter their current password and confirm a new one.
Joined Workspaces lists the workspaces you belong to. To change the active workspace, use Switch workspace in the account menu. To leave a workspace you do not own, follow Leave a workspace.
For units, theme, preview labels, and scroll direction, open User Preferences.
Check available pattern generations
For Owners of workspaces with self-service billing, Account Settings → Usage shows pattern generations available in the current billing period. Review the remaining allowance before planning a batch of downloads.
Review your subscription
Open Subscription to review your active plan, status, billing dates, and available plan actions. Manage Subscription in the account menu also opens subscription management when available.
Follow the on-screen review before confirming a plan change or cancellation. If a payment method is required, use the offered action to add it before continuing.
Billing pages are reserved for the Owner and are not shown for managed workspaces, where billing is handled separately.
View and download invoices
Open Account Settings → Invoices.
Find the invoice by its number, date, amount, and status.
Select Preview to view it or Download PDF to save a copy.
If no invoices have been issued, the page shows No billing history.
Delete your account
When available to the Owner, Danger Zone → Delete Account opens a review of the data that will be removed. Read the affected workspace and project information, select the confirmation checkbox, and type DELETE before confirming.
Deleting an Owner account permanently deletes the owned workspace and its data, and other members lose access. Use Leave workspace for a workspace you do not own when you only want to end your membership.
